Eyemaze Return and Refund Policy

At Eyemaze, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things donβt work out, and weβre here to ensure a smooth return or exchange process. Please review our policy below for full details.
1. Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email eyemazenart@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Shipping: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.
2. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5β7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
3. Exchanges
- Easy Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the unwanted item following the return process above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at eyemazenart@gmail.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Additional Notes
- Condition of Returns: Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., used, missing tags, not in original packaging) may be refused.
- Shipping Errors or Defective Items: For issues caused by Eyemaze (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect), we will cover return shipping costs.
- Timeframe: Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
