Eyemaze Return and Refund Policy

At Eyemaze, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to ensure a smooth return or exchange process. Please review our policy below for full details.

1. Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email eyemazenart@gmail.com to initiate your return.
  2. Shipping: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  3. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.

2. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

3. Exchanges

  • Easy Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the unwanted item following the return process above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at eyemazenart@gmail.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Additional Notes

  • Condition of Returns: Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., used, missing tags, not in original packaging) may be refused.
  • Shipping Errors or Defective Items: For issues caused by Eyemaze (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Timeframe: Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
