Shipping Locations and Times:
We currently only ship within the United States. All items are shipped as soon as possible through standard shipping. However, please note that shipping carriers are forecasting longer than normal transit times. We typically take 1-3 business days for processing and handling your order and 2-7 business days until you receive it. Expect a total of 3-10 business days to receive your package(s). Depending on your location, you may receive your items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. If your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Metal prints will be delivered in 3-4 weeks or earlier. They must be printed and shipped from the warehouse. If this original artwork is purchased with paper prints or t-shirts, you will receive separate orders.
Paper print(s) will be delivered in 2-7 business days. If this original art is purchased with either t-shirts or metal prints, you will receive separate orders.
T-shirts will be delivered within 10 business days. If t-shirts are purchased with paper prints, you will receive separate orders at most likely different dates.
We will send tracking numbers as soon as we are able to ship your order. Please note that sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control, such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If your package happens to get lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we will send you a new package and provide you with a tracking number, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
