Just because you’re having a blue day does not mean your life is blue. We take our minds so seriously, as if everything it says or imagines is a fact. Are we going to keep playing this game or get out of the trap?
When we realize that we can simply watch our thoughts without judgment and let them pass by like clouds floating in the sky, life will change for the better.
Give yourself some space from your thoughts. They are little liars, and your life is better than it seems. Sometimes you just have to sleep it off and begin a new day.
