The Vortex

She is in the vortex. She is in her zone. She’s feeling great and unstoppable. She is in what we call the flow state. She is so present in the moment that she doesn’t even know she is present. Time is going by super fast.

Athletes refer to this state as being in the zone. When you do something you really enjoy it is easier to access the flow state. By concentrating on your breath you can get there. No one can do it on command because once you are aware of it, you are out of it.

Some people live for this state.
