Because momentum starts with a drop. And your joy deserves a full cup.

Mindfulness Story:

Find your focus. What’s something you do that you get lost in the moment when you perform that thrilling activity? What lights you on fire? ⁠

Stop doing the things you hate and start to do the things you love. There will be something you always have to do despite not wanting to, but find the big thing. The thing you were meant to do.⁠

We become so much happier when we can do the things we love. Life is too short not to go after it. ⁠

You don’t have to jump into the deep water. You can dip your feet in the shallow end of the pool first. Start slow and just get in the habit of doing a little bit each day of what you love to do.⁠

Soon the momentum will build and so will your happiness and wellbeing. You need to take care of yourself first before you can help others. Your cup has to be full first before you can fill other people’s cups up.⁠

Fill your cup up first. You can do it slowly, but start tomorrow with one drop.⁠
