Mindfulness Story:
This gent has his head in the clouds. Heβs always trying to think his way to the future and doesnβt really know what heβs doing with his life. He realized pretty early on that he was anxious all the time. Doing, doing, doing.
We can always be doing, but that just leads to anxiety and not feeling good in our bodies. You will be in pain and that pain will extend to other people. Instead of spreading your light, you make people around you more miserable because you donβt feel at ease in your body.
You know you are in the present moment when you are inside your body. Anchored and aligned. You can do this by imagining a tree or a waterfall extending down from your root chakra. This is near the tailbone. Or more simply you can concentrate on the feeling behind your eyes.
It sounds weird, but it works. Your life will begin to flow better and you will get more positive responses from people.
