The Anxiety Monster
He's the anxiety in the back of your mind. The one that creeps up on you without you realizing it. The one that makes you go into a full-blown panic attack over what Bethany said behind your back at the supermarket.
We all feel anxious at times, but there's a way out. Instead of believing in the lies, your thoughts are exclaiming to you, let them go. Let them float away like letting go of a red balloon into the sky. Observing them, but don't take them too seriously. Most of our thoughts never come true and it's never as bad as the movie we play in our head.
Thoughts are just thoughts and the majority of it is fake news. Don't let anxious thoughts prevent you from doing the right thing. To level up we have to get through our anxiety and take the right action. It is much easier said than done, but with practice, you can get better at it. Make a pact to never let an anxious thought prevent you from carrying out what's true to you. Follow the path.
