Mindfulness Story:

This guy loves being out in nature. Every chance he gets, it’s nature time. It’s like his reset button. When things get difficult it's how he starts anew.

We all need to take breaks. A lot of the time we don’t even realize we need a break until it’s too late. Always shine your awareness in your body so you can take care of yourself.

If you know what your body feels like, you’ll know when it’s a good time to pause, take a deep breath, and recalibrate. If we understand how to pace ourselves we can go the distance.
